Dynabook AC Adapter Replacement Program

Recall of AC Adapters that have affected DC-in Plugs Used in Certain Toshiba-branded Laptops

On June 22, 2018 Dynabook announced a voluntary recall of certain DC-in plugs used in some AC Adapters due to a potential burn hazard.

In this time, the program is expanding the model number range and their manufacturing period of recalled AC adapters which were announced on June 22, 2018.
Customers who previously checked and determined that their AC adapter was not affected by the June 2018 Recall must now re-check their AC adapter.

If your AC adapter’s DC-in plug is subject to Dynabook's recall program, Dynabook recommends you turn off the laptop and unplug the AC adapter immediately.
Dynabook encourages all customers affected by this recall to contact Dynabook for a free replacement.
