Voluntary Recall of AC Adapters that have affected DC-in Plugs Used in Certain Toshiba-branded Laptops
On February 21, 2024 Dynabook announced that it is voluntarily recalling certain AC adapters with affected DC-in plugs that were bundled with or sold separately with PCs sold under the former Toshiba-brand due to a burn hazard.
Dynabook is offering a free AC adapter replacement for ones with the affected DC-in plugs.
If your AC adapter’s DC-in plug is subject to Dynabook's recall program, Dynabook recommends you turn off the laptop and unplug the AC adapter immediately.
Dynabook encourages all customers affected by this recall to contact Dynabook for a free replacement.
