Please follow these steps to check if your AC adapter’s DC-in plug is affected and qualifies for a replacement.

Please locate the AC adapter part number and serial number on the AC adapter label located on the underside of the AC adapter. The AC adapter part number begins with G71C (G71C********). The AC adapter serial number begins with the letter “T” followed by 14 to 16 digits (T***************).

How to find the AC adapter part number and serial number:

The AC adapter recall program is only for certain AC adapters with 2-pin power cords. AC adapters with 3-pin power cords are not part of the exchange/recall program.
